You will receive an email two weeks before your party to complete your food order.

Important information: The vegetarian option is a Falafel wrap with crinkle-cut fries. Cheeseburger is served plain with no salad, pickles, sauce etc. Archie's food is Halal. Archie's do not cater to Vegan or Gluten free unfortunately. Archie's do not cater to Nut, Sesame, Dairy, Milk or Lactose allergies.

PARTY INFORMATION

  • NERF AX Party Treat is £25pp which includes Xperience entry, dedicated party host, party table for 15-mins, FREE Slush for everyone and a FREE Sweet Cone for everyone!
  • NERF AX ARCHIE'S VIP Party is £35pp which includes Xperience entry, dedicated party host, party table for 30-mins, and an iconic Archie's meal for everyone, FREE Slush for everyone and a FREE Sweet Cone and a FREE Ace blaster for the Birthday Child!
  • Parties are minimum 10 people max 20 people.
  • Parties are not bespoke to age or birthdays. We can cater for any type of party please just let us know!
  • Parents/guardians have access to party table for whole time of the party - depending on package. 
  • Two adults (18+) will be allowed access into the Xperience free of charge. You do not need to book tickets/spaces for these accompanying adults. 


Guest Numbers

  • If you don't know the exact number of guests, we advise booking for the max to ensure availability but we can change this for you up to 1 week out if availability and supplies allow.  Normal T&Cs apply. 
  • We can also facilitate more than 20 however they would need to contact us via email – manchester@nerfax.co.uk
  • Party amends can be made up to 1 week out if availability or supplies allow. Normal T&Cs apply. 


What's Included?

  • Goggles and unlimited juice drink are included in party price.
  • A dedicated NERF AX Party Host will greet you upon arrival at the Xperience check in desk, and guide you to your party table on the mezzanine.
    Once everyone has arrived, the party guests will be guided downstairs to have their safety briefing. You are then free to play the Xperience for 90-mins.
    After you have had all your fun inside the Xperience, your Host will meet you at the exit and guide you back to your table who will be there to assist with any food orders and, if arranged, your birthday cake
  • All blasters are provided in the Xperience itself - please note you cannot bring your own blasters to use within the Xperience.

Little Extra Gift for Guests

  • If you want to give a gift to your guests from our retail store range - please discuss with our team after you have made your booking on manchester@nerfax.co.uk

Party Food & Drink (Archie's VIP Party Package Only) 

  • Archie's supply all party food. For any dietary restrictions/allergies please contact us on manchester@nerfax.co.uk
  • You can bring your own cake and candles. Party Host can bring this out after food, if you are having food, or once all guests are settled after the Xperience. 
  • No other food or drink is allowed other than party bags to be taken away.


Want To Make Your Table Extra Special?

  • You can dress your own table whilst the party is in the Xperience or if there is any time before your party. 
  • No balloons please - we have high ceilings holding lots of equipment.
